New updates and Prayer Requests

Thank you for joining with us in prayer. Here are some current needs and updates:

• Tuesday (Feb. 11) Grace will be traveling all day as she moves down to Florida. Please pray for her safety on this 12 to 13 hour drive. She has her phone, a print out of google maps, a gps, AAA membership, and her traveling companion Daisy (her dog). - Praying for Jen during those 12 to 13 hours while Grace is driving is probably a good idea too. We're very excited about this new transition for Grace where she will be living with Lance's folks, George & Charlene in St. Pete. FL, starting college classes and establishing herself in her new home. - read more of Grace's story on her blog (go to our 'Videos and Links' page to click on the link).

• Wednesday, Feb. 12 (and the days following through the 19th), Lance, Jen, Adam & MIles will be traveling up to up-state NY for several speaking engagements. Please pray for the Lord's blessing in adding to our numbers in prayer support, financial giving, and partnering. Some of our engagements include Victory Highway Wesleyan Church, UMC Livonia, and Houghton College. Pray especially for us Sunday (16th) while we will be teaching from the Word and sharing from the pulpit in all 3 morning services at UMCL.

• A major request for your prayer is in relation to the timing and many details and logistics involved with getting the container inventory filled and ready to be sent off in April. Many more instruments, equipment, music, and supplies still to be gathered.

• It's official (even though we still do say 'Lord willing') - our postponed plane tickets from October have been reinstated for our new departure on May 23. The Lord is blessing us with our steps of faith in trusting Him toward our return to Rwanda. Please pray for the many, many details that will continue to spin and culminate within these next months.

For schools like Houghton College (NY) joining with us as well as others in the process of considering and working through plans.

Lance had a phone conversation this past week with the administrators of Green Hills Academy where they continue to be very gracious and enthusiastic about our mission work adding in with them. The Lord showed His favor with GHA's desire in working out contributions of their budget monies toward the inventory we are building of instruments, equipment and music as well as additional stipend funds to add in to our monthly financial support which moves us closer to our goal (currently at 76%).
